Parent Meeting (if you're kids are going to HM) is Wed, May 18th, 7pm in the Sanctuary

Times are approximations

Friday, May 20

10:30am -  Meet at the Church, Board Bus

11:00am - Depart to make 1:00pm Ferry (reservation)

4:00pm -  Arrive at Hotel, Check - In

4:30pm - Head to Entertainment Centre for registration

5:00pm - Dinner break (if you were planning to shop, this is probably the best time)

7:00pm - Depart for Entertainment Centre

7:30pm - Main Session

11:00pm - Meet at bus, return to Hotel

Saturday, May 21

8:00am - Continental Breakfast at Hotel

9:00am - Depart for Entertainment Centre

9:30am - Main Session #2

12:00pm - Meet at bus, depart for short lunch break

1:10pm - Depart for Entertainment Centre

1:30pm         Outdoor Concerts and #1 Breakout Sessions @Central Heights Church

3:00pm - Outdoor Concerts and #2 Breakout Sessions @Central Heights Church

4:30pm - Meet at bus, Depart for dinner

6:10pm - Depart for Entertainment Centre

6:30pm - Main Session #3

10:30pm - Meet at bus, return to Hotel

Sunday, May 22

8:00am - Continental Breakfast at Hotel

        Pack your bags, we’re Checking Out!

9:00am - Depart for Entertainment Centre

9:30am - Main Session #4

12:00pm - Meet at bus, Depart for short lunch break

1:10pm - Depart for Entertainment Centre

1:30pm - Outdoor Concerts and Breakout #3

3:30pm - Main Session #5

5:30pm - HM Ends, Head for Bus

9:00pm - Catch 9:00pm ferry

11:00pm - Arrive at Church for pickup (please remember to be quiet for the sake of the church’s neighbors)
